Realtime / Autorefresh would be helpful to avoid overbooking / needed corrections

We are a couple of PMs planning capacity and the refresh is only done after a couple of plannings are done individually. After that, we constantly realize that we overbooked people and need to correct that.

So it would be amazing, that is someone is adding plans/bookings to reflect that immediately on others instances...
