User would like the ability to split any plan when set to recurring without affecting the rest of the plans.
Currently when the plan is set to recurring (weekly/biweekly) the option to split is available only for the first block. Alternatively, they can edit the next plan for the next week and split it, but this splits all the future plans as well.
Example:
1. makes a plan for 1 week and sets it up to repeat ‘Weekly’ for a whole month
2. Try to split any plans- the split option is only available on the plan for the first week
3. If you edit the plan on week 2 and split it, it will adjust the plan on week 3 and 4
