"Show hidden fields" on Log Tite Pop Up Window

Log Time Pop-Up Window doesn't show Attributes unless they are marked as REQUIRED in settings. It shows "Show hidden fields" instead.

The user does not want to make the attributes REQUIRED they want to make the attributes GLOBALLY visible so the users don't have to click on "Show hidden fields" or set them visible personally.
