Teams linked to the project to be listed at the top in the team selection drop-down

User would like the ability to have Teams linked to a project to be listed at the top of the Team selection drop-down menu when both creating and editing an issue.

    Please show the teams linked to the project as a default choice when I open a dropdown without an input. The top X sorted alphabetically does not help in environments where you have dozens of scrum teams.
