Currently (7.16.0) when I add time to the Plan, the From field defaults to the current time of day which doesn't make sense since I am usually planning for future work.
It would be great to be able to configure a standard work day (similar to Workload, Location, Holidays) and have the From time reflect the start of the work day and the To time and/or the Planned Time field reflect the workload hours for that user so that if they are part time the hours reflect that rather than the actual work day hours.
These would all then be editable so they can be overridden as needed.
If a Work Day isn't configured in the settings then the current default behaviour can be applied.

I second this idea. Another benefit is that when planned time is viewed in Timesheets, users will not need to scroll up to see the planned work, it would default to starting in their working hours, instead of at 00:00.
