At the moment half of our jira users work in weekly 40 hours contract where we would like to use the “close the time period“ feature at the end of the week, but the other half not. Without excluding users from the scheduler's closing and/or notification feature, we can not use it at the moment. We are looking forward to see this feature go live!

I've got the same issue. However, it should have both: "Blacklist" / "Whitelist"
