allowing to bulk set the issues for internal issues would greatly help users to migrate to Tempo Timesheets. Doing this one by one is really just as daily use when you're in maintenance.
Assuming you would want people to want to use your tool, making it easier to help import/bulk issues into Tempo would be a great plus and encouragement for users to want to move to Tempo.
