On-prem version when using "group by field" would provide a summary of the tickets under each field. This option is no longer available - either with "detail" off then you see nothing or with "detail on" you see full details (which is too much) and also each work entry logged against the same ticket shows separately. An option for the display it had on-prem would be good. i.e. with "Detail" of have a "Show summary" option or with "Detail" on have a "reduced" option. Screenshot shows current on-prem view.
