Would be great to be able to set the scope of a Costtracker budget based on a filter on actual hours logged to an account. Instead off the current filter which works by filtering on all issues assigned to an account and within that all hours logged. Necessary because in TimeSheet you can log hours on a different account than the default account that is set to the issue. Which is used for example for internal research on a customer issue that is logged to another account. In the current situation, the Tempo.io Report shows all actual hours logged to an account, not all hours logged to an issue that is assigned an account. This means there is a difference between sum of all hours logged in a report compared to in a Scope of a Costtracker budget.
