Ability to mark scheduling as tentative/not confirmed to distinguish from firm planned commitments

Use would like the ability to distinguish between projects that are 100% confirmed and underway vs. those that are prospective with a strong likelihood to happen to have the ability to plan ahead and trigger discussions about which staff to use.

Also, the ability to tag/label/toggle/etc. to reflect something as not being with 100% certainty it will happen, or in other words, ‘tentative.’
