Ability to prevent worklog duplication

User would like the ability to prevent worklog duplication on a Jira project.

At this time there does not seem to be an option to prevent restriction specifically for duplication worklog.

    The ideal would be to notify the employee of duplicated entries , maybe not on all Issues key, but at least have the option to block certain tickets from being duplicated, or alert about the duplicated entries. In my case, while only the HR ticket for daily working time, it would be the only one that cannot be duplicated. So it would be great to block it for specific tickets or have alerts.
