Allow external system value (guid) on Attribute Static List values

For work log attribute static list values, it would be helpful to have the ability to also include an external system value (guid) for each static value. We are integrating Jira to MS Dynamics 365 CE for worklogs and it would make the integration easier if we had the Dynamics guids on the static list values.
