Picture "jira" shows how we do it now - description is used for duration off PC. Picture "jira2" show how it could be visible for others in team - no need for "out of PC" issue, user just plans his work.
This could substitute team calendar. In our team we use workaround with created issue just for managing "out of pc" time. But we have to type time from-to and set minimal duration so it does not take from planned time.
