Have the sub-option “Include subtasks” be optional when filtering using a JQL, currently that option is only available when filtering by issues in a logged time report.

primary need: if JQL filter excludes subtasks, the Tempo option to include subtasks in the logged time report would include the issues found by JQL + their subtasks. Current behavior is that when you click to include subtasks, it does not add them to the logged time report because the JQL only results in the parent issue (eg task / story).
