rounding seconds to minutes

Rounding should be up (it is not important, if more than 30 seconds up, or if more then whole minute round up)

    Agree. We currently get time registered in seconds when we export it from jira to our billing process. This means we have to convert all time to minutes first. Plus sometimes we get rounding differences (tempo server)
