Period Configuration per over one month

The user would like the ability to transition extra hours to the next month.

Example:

My working hours per month are 168 and I worked 178. So I have 10 extra hours of work. I want the 10 hours to gradually transition into the next month to use.

It means “10 hours + next month hours”.
