I have a question about planning time for more than one issue a day.

If I create a planning issue, so it starts with the current time for example I create it a 4:30pm so the planning issue starts at 04:30pm

Is there a possibility to start with a configured time like in tempo timesheets?

Example: I configure 8am as start time for planning. After I create the first planning issue and so it starts automatically at 8am. I plan the first issue vom 8am to 10am. If I add the next planning issue for the same day, it should start at 10am and so on.
