The ability for Cost Tracker to take the team role instead of using the role that has already been assigned in previous Cost Tracker projects
Current behavior Cost Tracker only takes the team role if they don't have a role assigned in any Cost Tracker project (a primary role concept). Once they have a role, Cost Tracker will only use this role for new Cost Tracker projects.
