UI/UX - My_work view - Move the "Delete" icon (on hover) away from the middle (or even outside of the time block) - to reduce accidental deletion of the time blocks

Having the Delete button in the middle of the "time-block" there is a very high chance of accidentally clicking it - and thus - deleting the log block, so - moving the delete icon to the right - ir moving all on hover icons outside of the logged block - would improve the UI and UX.
