In Planning there should be a view by Project. So you can plan time by each project/issue and assign a resource. should be a by project/issue filter as welll

I am trying to confirm by issue which projects are assigned. At the moment you have to go be resource and check which issues they are on. You need a view by project. The same as by team at the moment. You can filter by status as well. So, you can then see all active in progress issues and which resources are assigned. Then see quickly gaps and resources that are over allocated. Riase the risks and issues to managers.
