Customers often need to review timesheets at a high level, focusing on users, but also require the ability to seamlessly navigate to specific Jira tickets. Currently, although the issue key is visible in the modal, direct navigation to the associated ticket is not supported within the view.
To be able to navigate to the issue key, the report needs to be grouped by ‘issue' as well, however, the customer would like to be able to do this without adding the additional group by option.
