We have some scenarios where we regularly set the Billable Hours to 0m, although neither the Account Category Type nor the issue itself are not strictly internal / non-billable. We’re also considering to do this in bulk for all issues that are billed by a fixed amount agreed upon prior to development.
It would help if this would work from Jira Automation, triggered either when the time is logged (for an individual worklog) or when the issue transitions into a particular “billing” status (for all associated worklogs).
This probably can be done by invoking the Tempo REST API in the Jira Automation rule multiple times, but that feels a bit daunting.
