Currently, when creating Account Categories, you have 4 options on the Category Type. Although these are appreciated, it would be nice if we could dictate what type meant and thus manage this list or at least add to it.
As a Subscription software that also offers professional services we track based on Licensing, Support, and Professional Services, then whether it is recurring or not. This is a bit difficult to track with only the 4 types and you cannot truly make that distinction without having numerous Account Categories.
Therefore the ability to add or manage the Account Category Type list would be very beneficial.
