For large organizations with teams across multiple continents/countries is always a challenge to generate time entry reports. In our case, we have teams in Europe, Americas, APAC. The current option of Timesheet allows us to preserve the user's time zone or use jira global time-zone and when you are talking about thousands of users is always a challenge.

I would love to have an option, at report level, so we can configure the time-zone I would like/need the report to show the data. In that sense "overriding" user or global jira setting.
