Current Issue: Engineers sometimes do not fill in the description field, rendering the plans incomplete or unclear.

Suggested Improvement: Allow administrators to configure the description field as mandatory to ensure that all plans have complete information. This can be done by adding “Worklog description is optional.” witihn Tempo Settings → Planning options.
Currently this option exists for Logging time
