Restricting Tempo Log Time Functionality to a Single Jira Project

Description: The current functionality of Tempo's Log Time feature displays results based on user permissions, encompassing all projects the user has access to. However, there is a need to configure the Tempo Log Time window to restrict visible issues to only one specific Jira project while maintaining the ability to browse all projects within Jira.
