Flexibility to modify the Retry attempts in Tempo Subscription failures

As per API https://apidocs.tempo.io/#tag/Retry-policy, Tempo will attempt upto 10 times incase webhook fails. It should be flexible to define the retry attempts to either increase or decrease the retry attempts

Tempo API V4: Please add 'worklogs/jira/filter/' endpoint back

We were forced to migrate to Tempo API V4, since V3 stopped working. We use this endpoint and it's no longer available 'worklogs/jira/filter/' Please add it back, currently out API integration is broken
