Overview: The customer is using a custom fields of type "Label" to manage dynamic dropdown menus within the system. This type allows them to add new options on the fly without predefined values, offering significant flexibility in data management.
Request: They are seeking an enhancement to our reporting capabilities that would enable grouping on these custom field Label types. This functionality is currently unavailable. We do support grouping by Jira native field ‘Labels’, however in the reports it only shows 1 value.

This would be helpful for dynamic dropdown type specifically in my use case.
This functionality would help development individuals and leadership better understand time percentage allocation across aspects available in the type. As an example, in my org we use Work Type that has fields such as Programming, Technical Analysis, Documentation, etc. and this would allow to determine percentage of time spent on these various work tasks, such as % time devoted to Programming in a week.
My team is craving for this functionality
This would be very helpful in order to see also custom fields (type label) within the tempo reports.
