Idea Created from feature request (PT-775)
I would like to see within the report the SLA of the issues and how long they are open (exceed the SLA). We need to calculate the time spent between the issue creation in “OPEN” status and the status changes in “IN PROGRESS” status to verify if the issue respects the SLA.
