Remaining Estimate should be the difference between the Original Estimate and the Time Spent

Currently, when the Time Spent exceeds the Original Estimate and a work log is either deleted or moved from a Jira issue, the amount of hours from the work log is added back into the Remaining Estimate

A more optimal approach would be to adjust the Remaining Estimate only by the difference between the Original Estimate and the Time Spent, and only when this difference is greater than zero.
