Ability to add a description in log time form

Be able to add a customized warning/info on the log time screen and the possibility of adding and customizing error messages in the form if a certain value has been chosen for a Work Attribute, whether it is empty (not filled in) or a value that is not suitable.

Ex. to show a warning for a certain condition of the Work Attribute.
