Currently it is not easy to see in the planning overview which plans are still pending and which have been approved.
You must open each user to see whether the planning items are approved , pending or not even reviewed.
A suggestion might be to filter on plans without approval or give the green check mark a different color if there are still outstanding approvals.
Funny thing: the legacy planning does have this feature.
