In the current version, Members of a team can be in different workload schemes and different holiday schemes, so what is done now is only to use the default workload scheme when planning on a team; the holiday scheme is not currently taken into account.
The request is to take the estimated effort of an epic holiday scheme into account.
Used case: When there is a week with a holiday in the middle and this holiday applies to the entire team of 4 people. In Planning, when assigning an epic at the team level for all week, Planning estimates effort (hours) for 5 business days, that is, 40 H x 4 FTE = 160. It does not discount the holiday, and the estimated effort should be 32 H x 4 FTE = 120 H.
However, if the epic is assigned to a team member, it does deduct holiday hours. This means that the estimated effort of an epic for all teams always differs from the real-time when there are holidays.
