Customers would like a report that can show the summary of the required/logged time of a user for the extended time group by a specific period.The reason is that they do not need users to complete the required time per month. They just need to do it in an extended time (months)

User view
As a user logging work time with Tempo, I would like to have a simple, single-look display that shows me with no further interaction or input the very latest balance of my worktime account calculated as the sum of the difference between the required and actual work time of all past reporting periods, so that I know whether I’m in the prescribed target range or have to do extra hours resp. take PTO to compensate overtime to meet the range again.
Team Lead view
As the leader of a team whose members are logging work time with Tempo, I would like to have a report that shows me the very latest balance of each team members worktime account calculated as the sum of the difference between the required and actual work time of all past reporting periods as well as the result of each individual reporting report, so that I can take action when a team member tends to leave or already left the prescribed target range.
Notes:
The current worktime account balance needs to be quickly available for long periods (several years, period of employment).
For the team lead view, display of the current worktime account balance and the last 6 month should be sufficient to assess the trend
In particular the user view should also take into account the work time for the on-going report period for calculation of the very latest balance of the worktime account
This feature should be extremely useful for all customers using the trusted flextime model
