A way to disable notification emails for specific Tempo teams
Use Case: Set up a sync between 2 different Jira instances, so that all timesheet approvals on one instance are reflected on the other using the REST API.
Issue encountered: All working as intended, but when submitting the timesheet on the 2nd instance, users are receiving a duplicate email saying “Your Timesheet has been Approved”, and the approvers are receiving duplicate “User x submitted a timesheet” emails which is making it confusing for users and hard to manage.
Workaround Recommended: Create email rules on the company email service, they can be company-managed or even user-managed.
