The Tempo Role & Team Permissions should respect the Permission Scheme applied to the project. My use case:
A user that has manage worklogs permissions in tempo should only be able to manage worklogs where they also have the "Log work for others" permission in the project permission scheme within the project settings. I should be able to allow projects that allow worklog editing and those that are locked to specific users.
