Our service technicians go on site to our customers. They need to fill in a time report when the work is done, which the customer needs to sign.
They will start doing their timekeeping & Planning via Tempo now. Service technicians will use the mobile app to log the worktime from the customer site. We would need to customer to 'approve' that, by means of a 'Draw signature' work attribute on the log time screen.
