Often time we see scheduler working not as intended (e.g emails and closures happening one week after) we can't be sure if this has been due to a bug or some user that has clicked to edit and saved without any changes made.
This scenario is specifically problematic when using period as Biweekly as it will reset the scheduler, making it send emails and closing period only in 2 weeks time (which could not be the case if someone clicked edit by mistake).
Having a log, wouldn't make this problem disappear, but at least we would be able to understand what caused the problem.
