When using scheduler and setting a period as Biweekly we should have some ways of selecting when the next round of emails/closures should run, (e.g in two weeks, or next week).
By not being able to manage this, Tempo relies on users to make the configuration exactly 2 weeks earlier than the target week.
e.g If a user has scheduler set to run next week and found that some changes is necessary to be made, if he edit it will cause Schduler to run two weeks ahead (one week later than the expected).
