Currently this REST API only returns the anonymized user key and the Full user name. Bot can't be used by normal users for identifying the same user in other applications like SAP. anonymized user key is not know to other applications and Full name is not mandatory unique.
So please return unique user names instead of user keys as all other Atlassian Rest Call also do.
Without the user names returned we are not able to use your product at all and need to look for another Time Reporting Addon with more suitable Rest Api for worklogs.
