We are looking for an improved solution within Tempo to plan team capacity and manage project costs effectively, including the handling of absences. Currently, we use Big Picture for roadmapping and task assignment, where adding absences is simple and independent of specific tasks. However, the current recommendation in Tempo to create a “Vacation” task for allocating capacity is not user-friendly for the team.
We value the sync that Tempo offers with Big Picture, but a two-way synchronization would enable our teams to plan their absences in a single space. This would enhance efficiency and reduce confusion. Alternatively, we would appreciate a different approach within Tempo to streamline absence planning directly in the platform.
