Hi there,

When filtering resources based on skills i noticed that if i have folowing resources:

Bill - Skill1, Skill2

Bob - Skill1

Lisa - Skill2

And then i filter for <Skill1> the results = Bill and Bob

But

if i filter for <Skill1, Skill2> - i get Bill, Bob and Lisa

i.e. the filter act's like <Skill1 OR Skill2>

The expected behaviour should be <Skill1 AND Skill2> and only display Bill -

Rationale: i have 2500+ resources (users), 150 skills, and if i’m looking for a resource that has Skill1 and Skill2, i don’t want to have the list of all users that only have Skill1 1 or Skill2
