Allow a new GROUP BY option for "Cost Tracker Role" on reports

At present, we can select ROLE when building a custom report. However, this ROLE is not populated based on the ROLE configured for that user under a particular COST TRACKER PROJECT.

You may need to allow us to FILTER by COST TRACKER PROJECT though - as a single person may perform a different role between two separate projects??
