Reporting on Deactivated Users

Allow the selection of deactivated users for report generation

Currently only active users are available for selection. If you manually edit the URL, you can generate a report for deactivated users - but you need to know the persons Atlassian account id. This is not friendly or convenient

    I commend this idea. From time to time I need to deal with this and although there is a workaround by temporary reactivating the user, it always raises eyebrow. In my head the sufficient solution would be adding a checkbox "Include deactivated users" when I am trying to add user filters.
