Set minimum time tracking to 30 mins intervals

Hello, my business bills / invoices clients in 0.5 day blocks. 4 hours.

To support my engineers to record time easier, and help record time accurately I would like to be able to record time in 30 minute intervals. 30 minutes would be the minimum time I can log to a jira ticket / capacity planner ticket via the Tempo My Work screen.
