To get the full benefits from Planner and Timesheets (actuals) it would be awesome if person could conver weekly or even monthy Plans into Actuals, no matter if the plan was planned "sick leave, pre-known operation or similar" or just a "vacation plan".

This way we would get the both sides accurate: Planner will tell us what's the future plan and capacity available, and then afterwards or before vacation we could convert easily the original Plans into Actuals, to get Actuals on Timesheets/Time Reporting updated accordingly.

At the moment it requires user to convert plans to actuals on daily level and it's pretty timeconsuming for several weeks actions e.g. for summer holidays plans conversion etc.
