Add ability to use time from "Time Remaining" field in Jira instead of "Original Estimate" field.

Currently, Tempo Capacity Planner includes time for Original Estimate field on the card view. I'd like for it to track to the Time Remaining field in Jira. This way as a developer progresses through the ticket, I have a better idea of how much work they have on their plate.
