We noticed that when creating a project in Cost tracker and a Tempo Report using the same filtering parameters, the total amount of logged hours did not match up. After some detective work, we realised that when a project is created in cost tracker, the filter is used to filter to a list of tickets and then shows all hours logged on these tickets. In our case, the worklogs may make use of different accounts on a single ticket. And in our filter, we only select one of these accounts, only wanting/expecting to see hours associated with this account.
