I work with CxO & Senior leadership of the organization. They along with few staff of the organization are not entitled or required to submit, work on timesheet but needs to have reporting overview. This executive group always ask me about turning off use of timesheet as they keep on getting notifications which are annoying as they are not eligible to do time entries.

What notifications are they getting - can you set their Required Hours to zero so that they don't receive the reminder to log time for each period?
