Hi,
I learned from Support team that I am able to log work for other users via Time Tracker API, but cannot delete or update existing worklogs.
This way we cannot create regular and full sync of worklogs from other Jira instances.
The reason of our need is that our team members have to log work in customer's Jira, but for our accounting we would need to see all spent time in our own Jira. Logging work is unfortunately not enough, because there may be mistakes which are fixed later, so we need to update/delete worklogs in our instance as well.
